We are a full-service wedding + event planning dynamic duo based along the beautiful Emerald Coast. For us it all began over a glass of wine (of course) discussing our excitement for all things events. From planning birthday parties, family gatherings, GNO & even our own weddings, we discovered a passion for all things special and social. After that first glass of wine, we turned our dream into a reality, and we started RaeBird. Every detail is part of the big picture and we have the ability to fully manage events from beginning to end while planning the design and coordination. Our company is small, but our heart & hard work is big! We are ready to bring your vision to life so let’s raise a glass together!

Hiii there! So happy you’re here! I’m Haley—a lover of sunshine, the beach, coffee & most importantly, my Arkansas Razorbacks! WOO PIG!!! My love for weddings & events started while planning my own wedding in 2019 to my amazing husband, Andy. Shortly after launching RaeBird, we found out our family was growing. In June 2021, our beautiful baby girl, Eva Grace, was born. Mom will always be my favorite title. I am thankful for a career allowing me to spend quality time with my daughter during the week and execute the most beautiful weddings on the weekends. Being a part of the most cherished + special day in our couples’ life sparks an immense amount of joy for me! I constantly pinch myself & count my blessings that planning your wedding is my *job*. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to all of our past, current & future brides for trusting Leighann & I. Thank you Thank you Thank you! If my schedule ever allows for spare time (HA!) you can find me spending time with my family, working out, singing along to country music & sippin on a nice glass of Pinot Noir! Cheers!

My love for work in weddings & events started long ago, over a decade ago believe it or not!! I worked with planners, venues, and caterers before I graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a Hospitality Management Degree. WDE!!! Traveling is one of my most favorite things to do! If you want a destination wedding in Italy or BoraBora, I am your gal!!!! Fueled on coffee, Pinot Noir & a wholeeee lot of laughter, I love every second of this job & the clients that trust us with such a huge milestone! For the past 2 years, I worked a full-time *other* job while growing this company from nothing. I am so thankful for every encouraging word from friends, family, and this community. OH! & my bomb biz partner H!! I cannot thank you guys enough & I am so proud to be full-time with RB! I love making others dream days come true! The whirlwind of a wedding day is something I will truly never get tired of. I am so glad you are here! Let’s do the dang thing!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with RaeBird Weddings + Events!! I reached out to Haley and Leighann in the Spring of 2022 to inquire about day of coordination and design services for my wedding in June of 2022. Despite finding each other on a little bit of a shorter notice, they did not hesitate to come on board and help me plan my dream wedding. From the very first phone call I had with Haley and Leighann, they were so kind and accommodating. Throughout the the planning process, they were responsive and always made themselves available to me. We looked at inspiration pictures together, they made several great recommendations I would have never thought of, and I could tell they were so detailed-oriented and wanted to make sure everything aligned with my vision. . .
